Purple Seven works with organisations to enhance your entertainment experience. Through our insights and solutions we are able to improve organisations’ understanding of the entertainment you want to attend, how often, and whether you have enjoyed your event. However, these services rely on your personal data which can include your name and addresses.
Purple Seven is committed to the highest standards of data protection. Therefore we are driven to ensuring that your rights are realised.
Specifically, this is shown by our full compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and our entry on the Information Commissioner’s Office’s Data Protection Register.
More generally, we illustrate this by following the principles of data protection which ensure that we use data for a stated legal purpose and that we keep accurate data in a secure manner for as long as it is needed.
Purple Seven uses personal data from your ticket purchases, such as your name, addresses and contact number. Alongside this we are made aware of whether you would like to receive communications via our insights and solutions. Therefore the information that we provide to entertainment organisations will only be used with your consent and in the manner you allow it to be.
Once an entertainment organisation has gained your consent to use your personal data it will contact Purple Seven about how it can improve its services for you. The purpose of using your personal data is to work with you, the customer.
Purple Seven enables these organisations to tailor themselves to your needs. This is realised through means such as bespoke mailing lists specifically designed for the entertainment that you may be interested in, or by using electronic surveys to get your opinions on events.
Purple Seven will not use your personal data for any other purpose than the above, and if this does change we will seek your consent for this new purpose via email or other appropriate means.
Purple Seven employs industry leading security measures which are designed to keep your data 100% secure. We also have data confidentiality agreements in place which serve to protect your data in regards to its disclosure, ensuring that both entertainment organisations and Purple Seven implement stringent protection for your data.
In the unlikely event that your data does become unsecure we will use all reasonable efforts to resolve this matter, and inform you if deemed necessary.
If you do not wish to have your personal data used or to be contacted as a result of our services then you can choose to opt out of the process by the link given in our communication to you or through the below contact details. Once you have opted out you will not be contacted again in relation to our services.
Please note that any unsubscribing in this instance is between yourself and Purple Seven. Entertainment organisations may still contact you with their communications. To unsubscribe from these we recommend that you directly contact the relevant organisation.
In the event of any changes being made to this policy an update to this effect will be posted on this page.
