Through our insights and solutions we are able to improve organisations’ understanding of the entertainment you want to attend, how often, and whether you have enjoyed your event. However, these services rely on your personal data which can include your name and addresses.

The organisation which you enjoy entertainment through will collect your personal data, and as a part of this they will have their own privacy policy for you. However, we are aware that it is important for you to know who exactly we are. So we want you to be fully aware and happy about our relationship with you and your data.

Therefore the information that we provide to entertainment organisations will only be used with your consent and in the manner you allow it to be.

How Does Purple Seven Use Your Data?

Once an entertainment organisation has gained your consent to use your personal data it will contact Purple Seven about how it can improve its services for you. The purpose of using your personal data is to work with you, the customer.

Purple Seven enables these organisations to tailor themselves to your needs. This is realised through means such as bespoke mailing lists specifically designed for the entertainment that you may be interested in, or by using electronic surveys to get your opinions on events.

Purple Seven will not use your personal data for any other purpose than the above, and if this does change we will seek your consent for this new purpose via email or other appropriate means.

Purple Seven employs industry leading security measures which are designed to keep your data 100% secure. We also have data confidentiality agreements in place which serve to protect your data in regards to its disclosure, ensuring that both entertainment organisations and Purple Seven implement stringent protection for your data.

In the unlikely event that your data does become unsecure we will use all reasonable efforts to resolve this matter, and inform you if deemed necessary.

How Do I Unsubscribe?

If you do not wish to have your personal data used or to be contacted as a result of our services then you can choose to opt out of the process by the link given in our communication to you or through the below contact details. Once you have opted out you will not be contacted again in relation to our services.

Please note that any unsubscribing in this instance is between yourself and Purple Seven. Entertainment organisations may still contact you with their communications. To unsubscribe from these we recommend that you directly contact the relevant organisation.
